Bio:

With 30+ years of consulting and in-house Human Resources experience, Sherry brings a unique perspective and skill-set in partnering with operational and executive staffs to provide expertise in areas such as strategic and operational planning, organizational effectiveness, culture and employee engagement, and leadership development. 

Spanning a wide variety of industries and sizes, clients have included: Kaiser Permanente, The San Francisco Ballet, Charles Schwab, Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Bank of America, Account Control Technology, and Automated Collections Services, Inc.

Prior to establishing a consulting practice, Sherry was the Chief Human Resources Officer for several mid-sized multi-state organizations including Diversified Collections Services, in the SF Bay Area.  She holds a Liberal Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

In her spare time, Sherry enjoys performing in musical theatre and dance productions and considers a dance studio her ‘natural habitat’.
