How can I make hotel reservations?

No. Any calls received that claim your booking is incomplete or that the rate has changed should be considered nefarious. Please contact us or the hotel directly if you have questions.
When and where should I arrive and depart?
We suggest flying into the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport on Sunday night (11/10) or Monday morning (11/11). Sunday is best if you plan to take part in one of our optional pre-conference activities. In order to benefit from the entire event we suggest booking returning flights no earlier than 1 PM on Wednesday (11/13), if possible.

Is there a hotel spa discount?
Enjoy 15% off a spa service, 10% off a spa retail product, and a complimentary glass of champagne at the hotel as a WCF attendee. This discount is valid from November 8-13. Call 817-350-4123 and mention that you're with Women in Consumer Finance to book your discounted appointment.
How do I make sure I get conference emails and updates?
Don't miss important conference-related emails! Ask your IT department to add wcf@womeninconsumerfinance.com to your safe-sender list.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received via email to wcf@womeninconsumerfinance.com by September 20, 2024, will receive a full refund, less a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received via email between September 21-October 21, 2024, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after October 21, 2024 (though you may substitute another attendee at any time for no fee).
What’s the dress code?
The entire event is casual. Not business casual. Actual casual. Really! Everyone should wear what makes them comfortable: jeans and a cute top/sweater/sweatshirt, yoga pants and sneakers, etc. I just wouldn't come in shorts, as hotels are typically chilly. How awesome is this? It's like vacation, but at a professional event!

Do you share an attendee list?
Name List
Immediately following the event, we share a full attendee list (including company, name, and job title) with all attendees. This doesn't include contact information, but allows people to have a way to jog their memory about people they met or shared the WCF experience with.
NetworkingTag App
Approximately 40-60 days prior to the event, we will open the conference app, NetworkingTag, to those who are registered. Inside the app, registrants are able to see who else is signed up. You can’t download this list, but you can sort by name and company.
Attendees have the opportunity to connect with one another through the app or via a scannable QR code placed on participants' badges at the event. These connections are saved as “acquaintances” inside NetworkingTag. Once an acquaintance is formed, you can see that person's contact information, make notes about your connection, and message them inside the app. The data for your acquaintances can be exported into a spreadsheet for future reference.
NetworkingTag will remain available for all 2024 attendees to use for 6 months post-conference (through May). To maintain access beyond that point, you must register for our 2025 event. You will temporarily lose access to information stored in the app—the 2024 attendee list, your acquaintances and their contact information—until you register again. Once you sign up, you will regain access and be able to continue building relationships with both 2024 and 2025 attendees.
