Bio:

After starting her career in corporate finance, Rachel shifted to work for Blitt & Gaines, P.C. while attending law school at the University of Illinois Chicago – John Marshall Law School in the evenings. In 2021, she graduated from law school and passed the bar exam, becoming a licensed attorney in the state of Illinois. Over her tenure with Blitt & Gaines, P.C., she has taken on numerous roles and managed teams across multiple departments.  Her current role as Director of Legal Operations allows her to use her legal knowledge and operational expertise to manage the legal operations for a firm of over 300 employees across seven (7) states.
