Bio:

Nia has over 18 years of experience in specialty revenue cycle recovery processes. Having previously worked directly with probate claim presentation and estate data sourcing, Nia has managed new client implementation and served as a consultative partner to clients establishing profitable estate recovery strategies. Nia currently supports the nation’s top Healthcare providers Deceased and Bankruptcy portfolios as their dedicated Executive Account Manager. Nia has presented at the American Association of Healthcare Administration Management (AAHAM) conference and the Women in Consumer Finance Conference in 2021. Nia is a passionate advocate for mental health support, and eliminating stigma surrounding mental illness, particularly in communities of color. Nia has served as a corporate Wellness Chairperson for over a decade, connecting work force members to resources that promote wellness. Nia currently facilitates a bi-monthly mental health support group for BIPOC community members in MN, through the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI MN).
