Bio:

Lisa Bonalle is CEO of GDS Link, a global leader in credit risk management and marketing decisioning, providing tailored software solutions, analytical and consulting services.  She also sits on two company Boards, is an Angel investor in Female-founded companies, and does volunteer work with a variety of mission-driven non-profit organizations.  

Previously, Lisa was the Group CEO and president of Verisk Financial, Retail and Media Solutions, where her collaborative approach and expert direction drove significant business growth and innovation in the marketplace. Under Lisa’s guidance and visionary leadership, Verisk Financial acquired several businesses to strengthen its financial services and retail, data, analytics, and information services market offerings. And in the spring of 2022, the group of companies was successfully sold to TransUnion at a double-digit EBITDA multiple.

Lisa has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services and information services industries and has worked extensively in corporate strategy and product development and business unit management. She conceived, developed, and spun off a digital marketing effectiveness and spend analytics business, Commerce Signals. Lisa previously managed Argus’s strategy group and was also responsible for M&A, strategic business development and marketing.

Before joining Verisk, Lisa was the president of Financial Solutions for Affinion Group, owned by Apollo and General Atlantic. She also held executive leadership positions in the credit card divisions of Citibank, where she was president of the largest Citi Cards portfolio and JPMorgan Chase, where she was Chief Strategy Officer for the payments division.

Lisa serves as an independent Board Director for Rewards UK (Privately held), Violet Inc (private), and has previously served on ISI (public).

Lisa is very committed to volunteerism and has been recognized for her outstanding work in her community. She received a commendation from Providence College for establishing and sponsoring the college’s Leadership Fellowship Program. She is a mentor to many female professionals at all stages of their careers.

Lisa holds an MBA with honors from New York University and a BA, summa cum laude, from Providence College. Lisa is the Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees for The Ursuline School. She sits on the board of overseers for Providence College.  Lisa founded Verisk Financials' DEI organization – The Employee Equality Action Committee.  She is also a global career mentor for How Women Lead.
