Bio:

Cayla-Simone Riggs joined Kredit® as the Director of Network Operations where she drives network member success. During her six years in the finance industry, Cayla has held various roles that shaped her skill in change leadership, relationship management, and problem solving. Cayla’s superpowers are positivity, empathy, and navigating ambiguity. She lives by Maya Angleou’s quote, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” 

Cayla is a graduate of Drexel University. She is certified from McKinsey & Company in both their Management Accelerator Program and Business Strategy, and certified from Prosci as a change management practitioner. She is a dedicated aunt to four nieces and one nephew, and she coaches youth cheerleading. She is very committed to enabling others to move from financial solvency to financial stability, and passionate about equity and inclusion in the financial space.
