Bio:

Danielle Banner has more than 20 years of experience in financial services; most recently, she served as Executive Vice President of Estate Information Services where she was responsible for delivering operational excellence and nurturing a collaborative, forward-thinking control-centered environment. Fast forward to today, she is Vice President of Control Management for Connected Commerce Offers & Shopping with JP Morgan Chase where she is responsible for establishing and ensuring a well-structured, sustainable, end-to-end control framework within the line of business.

Earlier this year, Danielle became an Advisory Board Member for the Women in Leadership Program at Ashland University where she is responsible for preserving and enhancing the reputation and quality of the program through strategic review of credit and noncredit course offerings. 

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Danielle holds a degree in Sociology and Criminology. She is a lifelong student of social and behavioral sciences, an enthusiastic change agent, and a Professional Troublemaker. Danielle is a firm believer that leaders are learners. She encourages all to get comfortable being uncomfortable, tapping into self-mastery, and revealing their superpowers to grow into their goals!
