We want to ensure you get the most out of your WCF experience. So, before we start with the connection, confidence, and career, here’s what you need to know.

How can I make hotel reservations?
WCF 2023 will take place at the Renaissance Esmeralda in Indian Wells, CA. Our room block is now available for online booking.

Where do I sign up for pre-conference activities?
This year we’re offering even more opportunities for connection! Get WCF 2023 started early by arriving on Sunday, December 10th, and participating in an optional pre-conference activity on Monday morning. Fees and descriptions for the different activities will be available soon.

How do I make sure I get conference emails and updates?
Don't miss important conference-related emails! Ask your IT department to add events@insidearm.com and editor@insidearm.com to your safe-sender list.

What is the conference COVID policy?
At this time, we do not plan to require vaccination or testing for WCF 2023. However, this may change based on current conditions and CDC guidance. Should the policy change, we will update our website and notify all current registrants at the email address they used to register. You will have the opportunity to review the policy and opt for a refund (a deadline will be provided) at that time.

Where can I find the agenda and schedule?
The 2023 agenda will be posted this spring (likely mid-April). Click here to download the 2022 agenda to get a sense of the event.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received via email to events@insidearm.com by November 17, 2023 will receive a full refund, less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received via email between November 18-November 30, 2023 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after November 30, 2023 (though you may substitute another attendee at any time for no fee).

What’s the dress code?
The entire event is casual. Not business casual. Actual casual. Really! Everyone should wear what makes them comfortable: jeans and a cute top/sweater/sweatshirt, yoga pants and sneakers, etc. I just wouldn't come in shorts, as hotels are typically chilly. How awesome is this? It's like vacation, but at a professional event!
