Why attend in 2022?

So, why come back?

It’s simple really…

What can you expect?

Some parts of our conference haven’t changed because our attendees love them! Others are new and based on input from attendees and our amazing steering committee…

  • Networking at the heart - expect a host of thoughtful networking opportunities including (NEW) pre-conference activities (scroll down for more info), an evening reception (as always), and (NEW) structured speed meeting for business development. Grow in confidence by putting yourself out there, and sparking conversations with peers in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

  • Putting your career first - we will always tailor our conference content around our attendees and have carefully curated agenda topics and themes that we know directly impact our community today. Key themes include: “The Great re-Thinking,” “Enhancing Your Business and Leadership Skills,” and Managing Your Career.”

  • WCF Storytellers - each year, this is one of the most cherished and impactful components of WCF. Storytellers share authentic narratives of how they overcame challenges and learned lessons we can all apply.

  • The Magic is in the Connection - we always like to make our big event feel intimate by ensuring that all attendees have their own team to navigate the event with. We’re changing it up this year, though — the scavenger hunt will be replaced, and we’ve added team leaders to ensure everyone has the best possible experience!
