Meet the Speakers

Thea Reddin
Thea Reddin is a Wealth Management Associate with Bank of America Private Bank in Charlotte, NC. As part of her learning program, she was assigned rotations with relationship, fiduciary and investment management teams. She finished the Private Bank Wealth Management Associate program in September 2024.
Thea joined Bank of America in July of 2022, upon graduation from Colby College with a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience and a double major in Spanish. Although she puts in considerable time to fill her various Wealth Management Associate roles, she still finds time to volunteer her services internally through the Employee Network, LEAD for women. Externally, Thea is active in her community by participating in the Charlotte Young Professional’s Group. She resides in Charlotte with her fiancée Ryan, and their two dogs, Reba and Ace. When time permits, she enjoys spending time at the White-Water Center with her dogs, hiking in the mountains, snowboarding / surfing, and tending to her vegetable and flower garden.

Lily Brames
Lily Brames is a Wealth Management Analyst with Bank of America Private Bank in Charlotte, NC. She originally interned with Bank of America Private Bank for 10-weeks during the summer of 2023. She is now part of a 2-year rotational analyst program, with rotations in relationship, trust & estate, and investment management teams, currently finishing up her trust & estate rotation supporting a Trust Officer.
Lily moved to Charlotte and joined Bank of America in July of 2024, upon graduation from the University of Florida in May 2024 with a B.S. in Finance as well as a M.S. in Finance. She enjoys volunteering with her fellow Bank of America colleagues at local non-profits including Classroom Central, Habitat for Humanity, and Charlotte food pantries . Externally, Lily is active in her community by participating in the Charlotte Young Professional’s Group. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking / running, snowboarding, and playing tennis / pickleball. Fun Fact: she studied/worked abroad in London for 3 months and has summitted Mount Whitney, the tallest mountain in the US continental!
