About:

Victoria Newman is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Transcendens Law, bringing over 17 years of experience in litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate law. She began her legal career at an Am Law 200 firm before moving in-house to one of the nation’s largest consumer finance companies, where she ultimately served as General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer.  In that role, she led all litigation, bankruptcy, licensing, regulatory compliance, and government relations efforts. 

Now leading her own client-focused practice, Victoria provides strategic, grounded legal counsel to businesses navigating complex regulatory and litigation challenges. A strong believer in “sending the ladder back down,” she is passionate about supporting and mentoring women in law and finance.

Victoria earned her degrees from the University of Georgia and Stetson University College of Law and is licensed in Florida and Georgia. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on the family farm with her husband, two kids, and two dogs—or passionately (and perhaps a little religiously) cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
