As Bridgeforce’s leader of Operations and HR, Tricia wears multiple hats as both an advisor to many client-side operational challenges, and a key driver in organizational excellence and team member engagement for Bridgeforce. Her leadership over both, the operational and people elements of the company is critical to maintaining Bridgeforce’s reputation for superior client experience, particularly for clients undergoing restructuring and growth. She has managed all aspects of change management and training around organizational transformation while improving employee engagement. She recently designed and implemented a client’s interviewing and selection process to hire within a quick 6-week window a new team of 40 people with empathetic skills to assist customers with financial hardships. Tricia jointly runs Bridgeforce’s People Committee with Michelle Macartney.
As an SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified HR professional, Tricia brings more than 25 years of experience managing all facets of HR to provide support and leadership to clients in HR, training and development, and designing incentive programs.
Prior to Bridgeforce, Tricia managed talent acquisition and was a strategic business partner to the Risk, Finance, and IT divisions at Voya Financial. She has identified organizational structures, improved processes to minimize risk and redesigned functions for recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training.
