When working with Bridgeforce clients in financial services, she has designed and implemented efficient interviewing and selection processes and incentive programs, which significantly improved hiring and retention outcomes.  She holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and actively participates in industry conferences focused on change management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and cultural change. Tricia has also been asked to speak at several conferences on the topics of culture, leadership, trust, and empathy.
