A seasoned compliance leader in the accounts receivables management industry, Tonia is the Vice President of Compliance for First Credit Services, Inc. She has more than 20 years of experience in the ARM industry that encompasses first-party customer care, third-party debt collection, debt buying and brokering. She has extensive experience in corporate risk management, regulatory compliance, vendor management, 3rd party and internal auditing. Tonia is an active member of ACA and RMAI where she holds CRCP certification. Prior to joining FCS, Tonia was a Compliance Analyst for ARM Compliance Business Solutions and was the Executive Vice President at Automated Collection Services, Inc. where she was responsible for Corporate Compliance, Clients Services and Human Resources.
