Stephanie has spent over 20 years in the financial services industry. Before joining NCB, she held key leadership roles at Crown Asset Management, Unifund, and Fidelity Investments, where she excelled in strategic partnerships, customer experience, and driving performance results. Most recently, as SVP Portfolio Acquisitions at NCB Management Services, Stephanie has played an integral part in NCB’s growth in the accounts receivable market.  She is also responsible for the Back Office Operations at NCB, including Client Services. 

With a career rooted in financial services, Stephanie’s diverse leadership experience spans Operations, Sales, Service, and Risk & Compliance. She holds certifications as a Certified Credit and Collections Compliance Officer (CCCO) with ACA International and a Certified Receivables Compliance Professional (CRCP) with RMAI. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Dayton and is a regular attendee at industry conferences and educational events.
