About:
Rachel Cox brings over a decade of leadership experience in BPO, global operations, and client relationship strategy across top-tier Fortune 500 finance and retail organizations. Currently at Foundever, Rachel has led global project management and account operations for both retail and travel sectors, launching cross-regional initiatives that blend innovation with execution excellence.
With a Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in Psychology, Rachel is certified in SCRUM and Agile Project Management methodologies—tools she actively uses to drive inclusive, people-centered business transformation. She serves as a mentor for the Women in Foundever initiative, where she supports emerging women leaders across the organization.
Rachel is deeply committed to community and environmental advocacy—volunteering with her local Mutual Aid group and the New Mexico Wilderness Alliance. She also serves on the Board of Directors for WILB. Based in New Mexico, Rachel finds grounding in her garden and the mountains she explores with her husband. As a speaker and facilitator, Rachel shares insights with authenticity, drawing from her lived experience as a neurodivergent, queer professional to challenge norms, inspire resilience, and cultivate inclusive success.
