As Senior Director, Compliance at T-Mobile, Nicole plays an essential role in helping the company navigate an extremely regulated industry space and maintain compliance for $15B+ in financial service product offerings.  Her scope of responsibility includes leading three separate teams responsible for Financial Services Compliance, Enterprise Policy, and Enterprise Controls Testing/Monitoring. Prior to this role, she served as the company's Director and Financial Services Compliance Officer, leading the creation/management of annual compliance training for 50,000+ employees and enabling the rapid scaling of T-Mobile's financial products by developing policies and controls to ensure adherence with all applicable FCRA, OFAC, FDCPA, GLBA, TILA, ECOA, and E-sign standards.
 
Additional roles Nicole has held to date include working as a Senior Compliance Manager for the Commerce Platform at Microsoft—where she served as an internal SME on state, federal, and international privacy and data protection laws—and as the Director of Compliance at MILA and SVP and Director of Compliance, Audit, & Risk for Foundation Bank.  In this latter role, she reported to the CEO/Board and drove the development of a centralized compliance monitoring framework for the business, managed relationships with the FDIC and state regulators, and championed the adoption of numerous new dashboard tools and data-driven practices. 
She also worked as a regulator for the State of Washington at the outset of her career, auditing financial institutions before making the transition into industry. She holds a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP). Nicole is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing teams and employees. She strives to create an environment that allows everyone to show up authentically and to thrive.
 
A Washington native, Nicole grew up in Puyallup and is passionate about volunteering time to local programs that create opportunities for underserved communities.  Additionally, she loves spending time with her family and can frequently be found shuttling her two young boys between numerous sporting events and music lessons.
