Women in Consumer Finance
Lisa Rozzelle has dedicated her career to supporting initiatives that enhance the lives of others, by building better organizations and working to create a more just and caring world. As the Director of Women in Consumer Finance (WCF), she focuses specifically on creating programs and experiences for women in leadership. These initiatives aim to help women develop their existing talents, build a supportive and informative network, and achieve their professional goals with the support of a community of women leaders every step of the way.
Before joining WCF, Lisa gained experience in the consumer finance industry by holding management roles at two mid-sized debt buyer and accounts receivables firms. Both firms emphasized providing a positive consumer experience. Additionally, she worked as a Senior Programs Director for a government contracting firm, where she was responsible for providing enterprise-wide performance development programs to private and public sector clients. Her work involved collaborating with agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Aviation Administration to develop educational programs supporting the investment and growth of their employee base.
Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Stockton University and a Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She resides in the metro Atlanta area with her husband and two teenage sons.
