With 19 years of professional experience, she has cultivated deep expertise in data mining, performance metrics (KPIs), and cross-functional process optimization.

Backed by a degree in Computer Information Systems, LaToya brings a strong technical foundation to her work, enabling her to uncover insights that improve business outcomes. She excels at leading cross-functional teams and thrives in roles that require both analytical precision and strategic collaboration.

Throughout her career, LaToya has continuously developed her leadership skills, inspiring teams and individuals to grow—whether in the office or on the field, drawing from her past experience as a Track & Field Coach. Her curiosity and commitment to growth extend into her personal interests, particularly in Tax Law, where she is driven by a desire to help others navigate complex information and achieve success.

LaToya’s life motto is “always be yourself,” a principle that guides both her professional and personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music, working out, and cheering on Clemson Football.
