Kennisha Frazier is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, including 12 years in leadership roles. A native of Virginia Beach, Virgina, she brings a unique blend of financial expertise and social insight to her work.  She earned her Bachelor's degrees in Social Work from Norfolk State University, which laid the foundation for her strong interpersonal and client-focused approach. Currently, she is pursuing a Master Of Business Administration at Regent University, to expand her expertise in organizational strategy and leadership. WIth a passion for service, personal development, and community impact, she aims to merge her banking experience and academic background to create innovative business solutions and empower others along the way.
