Joy N. Jackson is the CEO of Faber & Brand, L.L.C., which practices creditors’ rights law in nine states.  Joy joined Faber & Brand in 2005, twenty years ago, and has not stopped advocating for her clients, or this industry, since.  She founded the HR Department, Rover Department, a new version of the Quality and Compliance Department, and the Executive Council at her firm.  She served as the Trial manager, Arkansas Attorney State Manager, Director of Operations, and Headed up the Public Policy and Legislation Division prior to her role as CEO.  Joy continues to be very involved in organizations such as being the past Co-Chair of the Missouri Bar Bankruptcy Creditor-Debtor Rights Committee, past President of the Missouri Collectors Association (MCA), past and current President of the Missouri Creditors Bar, Inc. (MCBI), Board Member of the National Creditors Bar Association, amongst many others in her professional and geographical community.  When she is not serving her clients, employees, or others, you will likely find her biking on a trail with her three kids, acting in a play, or reading a good book.
