Jennifer Klein didn’t follow a straight line into the industry, but she stayed because she saw the impact that could be made when strategy, empathy, and accountability come together. Today, she serves as the Director of Strategic Growth at Bayview Solutions, where she builds systems and partnerships designed not only to perform but to endure.

With more than 20 years of experience in collections, consumer finance, payment operations, and scaling strategy, Jennifer has seen the power of women leading with both clarity and compassion. She has worked closely with developers, compliance leaders, and agency partners to transform onboarding processes, launch performance platforms, and embed integrity into growth while never losing site of the people behind the numbers.

What drives Jennifer isn’t just operational excellence, but purpose. She believes the industry is ready for transformation, with women at the heart of that shift. She is especially passionate about supporting women navigating complex and often rigid spaces, and about creating room for them to lead in ways that are authentic and unapologetically bold.
