Dixie is an innovative and strategic leader with more than a decade of experience in the ARM Industry. Her career has been shaped by a passion for building strong connections, optimizing recovery strategies, and creating data-driven systems. She brings a thoughtful blend of analytical thinking and genuine care to every initiative she leads.

Dixie joined the team at Crown Asset Management, LLC in 2023 and currently serves as the Director of Data Governance. She partners cross-functionally to embed strong data practices into operational workflows, enabling smarter decision-making and improved outcomes.

Beyond her work, Dixie is an avid cyclist, a curious explorer of local art galleries, and an active volunteer in her community. As a mother of two, she understands the importance of balance, resilience, and authenticity—qualities she brings into every room, including this roundtable. She’s honored to be part of Women in Consumer Finance and looks forward to learning, sharing, and growing alongside other industry leaders.
