About:
For over three decades, Dina Rock has brought her passion for education to classrooms, community organizations, and higher education institutions. She honed her skills creating engaging curricula, leading professional development programs, and empowering students and colleagues to believe in themselves and their capacity for growth.
Now, Dina is leveraging that same passion in Learning & Development, shaping experiences that spark curiosity, sharpen skills, and inspire teams to excel.
Her background spans work with K–12 districts, nonprofits, higher education, and national advocacy groups. Whether designing a workshop for corporate leaders or facilitating mental-health-informed programs for graduate students, Dina ensures that learning is always at the heart of what she does.
Dina is also the author of Ezra’s Invisible Backpack, a book for all ages, that highlights the importance of emotional well-being and open communication.
She has partnered with Ohio State University, John Carroll University, and Case Western Reserve University to deliver workshops on harnessing practical, uplifting strategies for mental wellness based on her book.
Whether she’s consulting, training, or speaking, Dina’s guiding principle is straightforward: bring out the best in every learner by designing meaningful experiences that connect knowledge to real life.
