You are officially in for WCF 2023. We can't wait to see you in Palm Springs from December 11-13!  What’s next?

Hotel: Make your hotel reservation. Don’t delay. Last year our block sold out well in advance.

Teams: We make team assignments approximately 4 weeks before the event, so look out for an email from Stephanie Eidelman (Chair of WCF) in November introducing you to your group. (First-timers are required to be on a team; returning WCF attendees may opt-out. Your preference was gathered during registration. If you change your mind, please email Stephanie no later than October 15, 2023.) We will offer a first-timer briefing in August/September to provide additional information.

Schedule: The agenda will be coming out later in the spring. The conference officially starts at 2 PM on Monday, December 11th, and ends at 11 AM on Wednesday, the 13th. As you make travel plans, also consider this:

We will offer several pre-conference activity options (info coming soon). These take place on Monday from 8:30 AM -12:30 PM. They carry an additional fee (which will range from approx. $55-225), but they are fabulous ways to meet people and start developing friendships even before the event starts.
Last year, 20% of attendees arrived on Saturday, and 80% of attendees arrived by Sunday evening. If you can come early, you’ll be able to unwind and adjust to the time change before the festivities begin. We’ll help by connecting early arrivers in advance.

Cancellation policy: We hope you don’t have to cancel, but we understand that things happen. Here is our policy: Cancellations received via email to events@insidearm.com by November 17, 2023, will receive a full refund, less a $100 administration fee. Cancellations received via email between November 18-November 30, 2023, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after November 30, 2023 (though you may substitute another attendee at any time for no fee).
