Bio:

Carri has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Most
recently, she was Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank, where she led the end-to-end
Recovery Operations, Vendor Management, and several other teams which supported the
Collections and Recovery environment. She has experience managing process improvements
and technology implementations. Carri is a relationship-oriented and highly energetic leader
who has been successful overseeing large teams in multiple locations.


Earlier this year, Carri started her new role as the US Head of Collections and Recovery at DLL.
She will be responsible for the management of the U.S. C&R portfolio and processes,
minimizing risk costs, optimizing collection strategies and bad debt recoveries in line with DLL’s
risk appetite and policies. In this role, she will focus on transformational work to enhance both
the effectiveness and the future efficiency in the C&R domain.


Carri resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She has 4 children, 2 grandchildren, and one very
spoiled German Shepherd. Carri enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with her
family and lazy beach days. Carri is a furniture safety advocate who runs a nonprofit
organization (www.maddiesmessage.com) and is also very passionate in promoting and
mentoring Women in Leadership.
