Bio:

Carri has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. In early 2023, she started her new role as the U.S. Head of Collections and Recovery at DLL. She is responsible for managing the U.S. C&R portfolio and processes, minimizing risk costs, optimizing collection strategies and bad debt recoveries in line with DLL’s risk appetite and policies, and focusing on transformational work to enhance both effectiveness and future efficiency in the C&R domain. 

Prior to that, she was a Senior Vice President at Citizens Bank, where she led the end-to-end Recovery Operations, Vendor Management, and several other teams that supported the Collections and Recovery environment. She has extensive experience managing process improvements and technology implementations. Carri is a relationship-oriented and highly energetic leader who has been successful in overseeing large teams in multiple locations.

Carri resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She has four children, two grandchildren, and one very spoiled German Shepherd. She enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, spending time with her family, and lazy beach days. Carri is a furniture safety advocate who runs a nonprofit organization (www.maddiesmessage.com) and is also very passionate about promoting and mentoring Women in Leadership.
