About:

With over 30 years of experience in the Accounts Receivable Management industry, Bette has played a key role in organizational leadership and sustained business growth.  She currently serves as Vice President of Operations at The Estate Registry, a division of Phillips & Cohen Associates, where she leads strategic process initiatives and drives operational excellence across North America.

Bette began her career at NCO Financial Systems in 1991, advancing through leadership roles from Supervisor of Operations to Vice President and eventually Senior Vice President of Operations Control and Support Services.  She went on to hold executive positions at Transworld Systems and expanded her leadership scope as Business Development Director at Conicelli.  Known for her disciplined and strategic leadership style, Bette brings extensive expertise in process improvement, technology implementation, and building high-performing teams.  Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in centralizing operations, implementing systems that drive compliance and efficiency, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, with an emphasis on advancing women in the workplace.

Bette lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with her husband and their over indulged pit bull.  She is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother to three grandchildren, who inspired her to write a children's book series, Taylor and Emma’s Jersey Shore Adventures.  In her downtime, she enjoys relaxing on the beach, boating with her family, and unwinding with a sketchpad or canvas.

She is also a passionate advocate for genetic cancer awareness, particularly related to BRCA gene mutations, and serves as a founding board member of the Sisterhood Ovarian Cancer Foundation.
