About:

Le’nore brings over 12 years of experience in the consumer finance industry, encompassing vendor management, audit, compliance, operations, and client services. Currently serving as the Head of Third Party Risk Management at Spring Oaks Capital, Le’nore oversees compliance for more than 75 vendors and leads the organization's Issue and Change Management program. Her contributions extend beyond her primary role as she actively serves on several key committees, including the Communications Committee, Risk Assessment, Business Continuity, and SOC 2 working groups. Additionally, she is a former Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee at Spring Oaks.

As a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager through the Compliance Education Institute and a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt, Le’nore has a passion for process improvement and risk mitigation.
