## About the Workshop

As more organizations buy into the importance of diversity within the workforce, their approach to underrepresented talent often focuses on recruitment, but lasting change takes more than just recruitment. Organizations must develop long-term strategic approaches to retaining underrepresented talent, especially during economic and social uncertainty. 

 

This webinar, presented in collaboration with Management Leadership for Tomorrow, will explore how organizations can strategically mitigate barriers and successfully retain underrepresented talent.
